Our unheated organic petimezi is a concentrated must from 100% organic Moschato variety grapes, which come from our privately owned vineyards. Right after the grapes are harvested, the process of concentration in low temperatures begins. The result is this wonderful Petimezi with its fruity aromas and delicate flavor and aftertaste.
It is a natural source of fiber and is extremely rich in energy, iron, calcium, vitamins, antioxidants and resveratrol, the well-known elixir of youth.
